Project Design Brief

York Montessori School expanded in the fall of 2015 to allow for daily attendance of 110 students. The owner needed a solution that dealt with the stormwater dischard on-site to prevent overuse of the city sewer system.

 

Benefits

  • The tank can be wrapped in geotextile, allowing water to be dispersed into the soils below.
  • Customizable access units provide 450mm diameter opening to the tank from a manhole cover above, allowing for easy inspection or maintenance.
